Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically, unless you are offered free postage

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 2 working days.. however, delivery may take up to five working days, as we have no control over the Royal mail or any other delivery company once the order leaves our hands.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we the supplier shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
If you do not qualify for free postage, you will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. Standard 1st class delivery is normal. NEXT DAY and Special Delivery will only be applicable if ordered before 2pm.
We the company shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If you need to return a product purchased from us to arrange this return. You have 7 days to do so from the date of purchase as per the Distance Selling Regulations Law, this also applies to our 100% money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our product then they must also be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The returned goods must be in an unopened and resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us, if you have opened our products please send the remainder back to us for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return reaches us and we would therefore advise that you have the goods sent for either recorded or signed for. We will not accept proof of postage as a validated return method. If goods are said to be returned but not received then we will be unable to issue a refund unless you can prove the return was duly signed for.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
Refunds will be given the same day the goods are received, or in certain cases whereby the goods cannot be returned we will give a refund the same day any dispute is resolved.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing us at email@example.com
We realize that you are excited and keen to receive your order as quickly as possible therefore we will pack your order carefully and double check the contents by two members of staff, all orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same working day (excluding weekends) however once we send your item we have no control over the postage and mailing organizations so please allow extra time as sometimes it can take a little longer than normal due to staffing levels and circumstances beyond our control such as Mail strikes, Postal holidays etc
All customers can expect a response to email and telephone enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.
